Invitations are made and sent. Ramada at the park is reserved. Cake is ordered and paid for (a big one for the adults and itty-bitty one for Ada). Picnic lunch plans are made. Decorations purchased. Bubbles and water-guns ready. Birthday dress and shoes are ready to be worn. Someone is going to be one.
